Coach Randy Jackson is a 33-year Texas high school football coach, including 22 years as a head coach, and the 2018 recipient of the Texas High School Coaches Association’s prestigious “Beyond the Game” award. He’s a former Texas Coach of the Year, international best-selling author of A Royal Season and Culture Defeats Strategy Volumes 1 and 2, and served as offensive coordinator for the Potsdam Royals—the first team in European history to average over 50 points per game.

Lesson 2 – Field Intel: The leadership council meets in small group format with a coach for deeper discussion.
Lesson 3 – To the Field: Captains apply the lesson during workouts, using specific teammate challenges to lead by example.
